Millennium Industrial Tire applies a high performance polyurethane derived from 40+ years of experience in a wide range of severe duty industrial environments to produce rollers that routinely last twice the service life of OEM rubber covered units.

Millennium recycles sound roller cores that are normally scrapped. The cores go through a multistep inspection, cleaning process and then are remolded with a polyurethane formulated specifically for use with rubber tracks. Our unique should designs are proven to produce lower rolling friction temperatures to make the rollers and track rubber last longer. Additionally polyurethane, unlike rubber, is high resistant to oil, diesel fuel, UV and acids.
