Statistical process control
Our focus is on safety and precision manufacturing. We employ statical process controls to ensure quality in every wheel. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by expert machinists, we deliver custom components with tight tolerances, rapid turnaround times, and consistent reliability. Our comprehensive capabilities include CNC machining, engineering support, and mold design.
Our parts are designed and evaluated in accordance with stringent industry standards (for example, ASTM F835.5, F1159 and F1123). We offer extensive engineering support along with theoretical modeling that can accurately project elastomer performance in given load and speed scenarios.
30 days or free
We know the summer is short and your customers don't want to wait months for wheels. Our standard turnaround time is 30 days. If we don't ship your rehab wheels within 30 days from when they hit our dock, they're free. Expedited turnarounds are also available in a crunch—just contact us and we'll make it happen.
We manufacture to OEM specifications and can recover your wheel in the same poly the factory shipped or offer a range of upgrade materials depending on your need and budget. More than just poly, we also offer nylon liners, carnivals wheels and rubber booster tires to keep your trains rolling.
