Quality assurance
Process control
We believe the key to quality is a controlled process. That’s why all critical production stations are inspected daily for even the smallest deviations from nominal standards and brought into compliance.
Statistical sampling
Every chemical component is tested in-house before use, and we regularly sample parts from production for destructive testing—evaluating bonding strength, material integrity, durability, and dynamic performance.
Unit tests
We don’t stop at sampling. The secret to the Millennium quality standard is our commitment to nondestructive unit testing—ensuring that every part is tested before it leaves our facility.
At Millennium, quality isn’t just a goal—it’s a process. The heart of our quality assurance program is a comprehensive process control chart that maps every step of production and identifies key quality checkpoints. We employ statistical process controls, collecting over 56 data points per production cycle to ensure consistency, traceability, and repeatability. To maintain our Six Sigma benchmark, we adjust sampling rates based on real-time defect levels.
We continue to enhance our ability to collect, analyze, and share data with both internal teams and customers. The result? Lower reject rates, reduced waste, and greater control over every aspect of our production process—year after year.
